• Prices shown in any advertisement are directional and may be limited period offers.

3. Client Information and Communication

By contacting us, you authorize us to call, message, and email regarding your inquiry, including follow-up calls and coordination through WhatsApp. Standard messaging charges may apply from your telecom provider.

If a project is already confirmed, cancellation and rescheduling terms are specified in the proposal or service agreement. You are responsible for keeping us informed of project changes (scope, site access, material choice) that can impact timelines and costs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Darch Interiors is not liable for indirect or incidental losses (including delayed timelines caused by force majeure, legal approvals, or third-party dependencies), and total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
